I haven't written in a long time but I am feeling the need to write and say what I feel about different things.  First of all my grandchildren.  My children are the very best things that have ever happened to me and I really thought that they were the epitomy of my even being here on this earth, however, I have found that, while they are just the best, my grandchildren are tied for the best.  Being a grandparent just isn't anything like I ever thought it would be.  That is a good thing because it is better!  From Alex, my grandson the gift, to Charlie, the amazing little girl, they are all so perfect in their own ways.  Alex is the oldest and was brought to us by his mother Christie when she and Scott became one.  He is very bright and has such a vivid imagination.  He is so much smarter than he thinks he is.  Eamon is next and he is David's oldest.  Eamon is the reason I am a grandmother as he is the first biological grandchild.  He is very smart and so sweek while still being very much his own person.  Aine, the second child of Dave and Heather and my first grand daughter, is so amazing, silly, sweet and she loves to be a little mother!  Benton is the third child of David and Heather and my fourth granchild.  Benton is such a sweet, sweet little guy and he is so smart!  Lilyanne is the first biological child of Scott and Christie, she is also my second granddaughter and what a hoot she is.  She is not afraid to try anything and she is such a curly haired little minx.  The next little person is Gus and he is the son of Cathy and Steve.  He is also a pretty funny little guy and I am so glad to be his gram.  Last but not least, for now anyway, is Charlotte (Charlie) and she is the second daughter of Scott and
Christie.  She, like her sister is simply a hoot!  She is just too funny and when she wants to give you a kiss or hug, she is just all in your face about it.  My grandchildren are my reason for being on this earth.  I often wondered what God's reason was for having me here and I can tell you without a doubt that it was to have my children so I could be in the lives of these beautiful, talented, funny, smart, loving and special children.
